About Topham Guerin

\n

Topham Guerin are the global influence experts. Our teams work across London, New York, Sydney and Auckland, delivering social media, digital communications, content and campaigns for clients in the UK and internationally.

\n

\n

You'll work on campaigns for global brands, government and public sector organisations, and high-profile institutions.

\n

\n

The Role

\n

You’ll have a strong design vision and conceptual ability. You can elevate undefined creative concepts and evolve design beyond current guidelines. And you’ll be ready to sell your work too, pulling together arguments for your work that win clients over.

\n

\n

You’re a go-to authority on best practice, across channels and formats. And when required you manage and lead other members of the Creative team on the more technical aspects of design.

\n

\n

Because digital is our bread and butter, you should also ‘get’ social media. You’ll understand what makes something work in a feed, how design changes across platforms and why social-first creative is different from traditional advertising.

\n

\n

While design will be your domain, we’re looking for someone with range. You should be comfortable flexing into web design, motion and video when the idea calls for it. And we’re embracing AI across our creative workflow, so you should be experimenting with how new tools can help you explore ideas, move faster and produce better work.
