CMS Analyst

We are seeking an experienced CMS Analyst with Clio Operate expertise to support a major technology transformation programme.

Responsibilities

\n
• Configure and support Clio Operate, including workflows, fields, templates, permissions and system settings
\n
• Help migrate case and matter data from existing systems into Clio Operate
\n
• Review and improve data quality before and during migration activities
\n
• Map data fields between old and new systems and support migration testing
\n
• Work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and ensure successful go live
\n
• Support user testing and provide assistance during implementation
\n
• Maintain clear documentation of system changes, mappings and processes
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Hands on experience configuring Clio Operate
\n
• Good understanding of Clio Operate data structures and case management systems
\n
• Experience with data migration, data mapping and data validation
\n
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
\n
• Comfortable working with both technical teams and business users
\n
• Experience working with legal technology systems is desirable
\n
• Knowledge of Aderant Expert Sierra, Boomi or ETL tools would be an advantage
