An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Counsel to join a rapidly expanding, global hedge fund.

They have had exceptional performance in a short space of time and have built out their US office with leading front and back office staff. With further strong performance already this year, they have an increased need for senior, specialist hires such as this

They are looking to hire a Legal Counsel for their newly-established London office. Reporting directly to the General Counsel, this hire will have significant autonomy across the legal process here, leading and supporting transactions, negotiating agreements, and advising on deal restructurings. There will also be a number of wider projects you will be able to get involved in.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Counsel with 2-5 years’ PQE to join an exciting business with phenomenal growth potential. The ideal candidate will come from a buy-side business or Magic Circle Law firm, with experience with investment funds. Candidates straight from practice will ideally have had relevant experience in house.

They have a strong budget for this position, with a lucrative comp package on offer for year one. There is also potential for this to increase exponentially in subsequent years.
