  \n Deliver a broad range of professional and project-based building surveying
\n
• services.Undertake PPM surveys, condition surveys, technical due diligence and building pathology inves
\n
• tigations.Prepare specifications, schedules of work, technical reports and Reinstatement Cost As
\n
• sessments.Manage maintenance, repair, refurbishment and insurance reinstatement
\n
• projects.Act as Contract Administrator under JCT and SBCC forms of
\n
• contract.Prepare Schedules of Condition and Dila
\n
• pidations.Provide clear technical advice and maintain strong relationships wit
\n
• h clients.Work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams while ensuring compliance with CDM Regulations, health and safety requirements and industry
\n
