Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager South Yorkshire / North Lincolnshire (Hybrid)£75,000 to £80,000 + Car Allowance/Company Car + Bonus + Private Healthcare + Enhanced PensionAre you an experienced Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager, Senior HSE Manager or multi-site Health & Safety leader looking for an opportunity to shape strategy across an international manufacturing group?We are seeking a Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager to lead Health, Safety, Environmental and ESG performance across a diverse manufacturing and engineering organisation operating across multiple UK and international locations. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager will provide strategic leadership, governance and technical expertise across the Group. Attractive package with scope for long-term career growth.The Role As Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager, you will: Lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of Health, Safety and Environmental strategy across multiple manufacturing sites. Support, coach and develop local HSE personnel across the Group. Promote collaboration, shared learning and best practice across site teams. Deliver a programme of audits, inspections and assurance reviews. Develop meaningful HSE KPIs and performance reporting. Present Board and Executive reports covering compliance, risk, trends and improvement initiatives. Support the development of a practical and proportionate ESG framework. Lead environmental and sustainability improvement activities. Act as the Group's HSE and ESG subject matter expert. Liaise with external legal, compliance and specialist advisers as part of the Group's governance framework.About You To be successful as the Group Health, Safety & ESG Manager, you will ideally have: Significant HSE leadership experience within manufacturing, engineering or industrial environments. Multi-site or regional Health & Safety management experience. Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, risk management and compliance. Experience delivering audits, assurance programmes and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership teams. Experience preparing Executive or Board-level reports. NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent. IOSH membership, ideally Chartered or progressing towards Chartered status.
