Day-to-day of the role:

  • Liaise with and advise operatives, team leaders, and customers on repair appointments and follow-on arrangements.

  • Handle phone communications with tenants, providing them with timely and accurate information.

  • Switch between tasks regularly throughout the day, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency.

  • React to changes in schedules or priorities promptly to meet business needs.

  • Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high degree of professionalism and customer service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and various internal and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably within a repairs and maintenance context.
