- Liaise with and advise operatives, team leaders, and customers on repair appointments and follow-on arrangements. \n

- Switch between tasks regularly throughout the day, maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency. \n
- React to changes in schedules or priorities promptly to meet business needs. \n
- Ensure all interactions and engagements are handled with a high degree of professionalism and customer service. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills, comfortable speaking with tenants and various internal and external stakeholders. \n
- Ability to multitask and switch between different tasks seamlessly. \n
- Proven ability to react to changes and prioritise work effectively. \n
