Join a well-established and growing law firm in South West London as a Commercial Property Solicitor. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-5+ years' PQE who has experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, working with a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions.
\n
• Advise landlords and tenants on commercial lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments.
\n
• Assist with development projects and site acquisitions.
\n
• Conduct due diligence and prepare reports on title.
\n
• Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, and ancillary property documentation.
\n
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers throughout transactions.
\n
• Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with 2-5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property.
\n
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions.
\n
• Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail.
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
\n
• Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines.
\n
• Commercially minded with a proactive and professional approach.
\n
