Commercial Property Solicitor (2-5+ Years PQE)

Join a well-established and growing law firm in South West London as a Commercial Property Solicitor. This role is ideal for a solicitor with 2-5+ years' PQE who has experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters. The successful candidate will manage transactions from instruction through to completion, working with a diverse client base including investors, developers, landlords, tenants, and owner-managed businesses.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Manage a varied commercial property caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, and refinancing transactions. \n
- Advise landlords and tenants on commercial lease negotiations, renewals, and assignments. \n
- Assist with development projects and site acquisitions. \n
- Conduct due diligence and prepare reports on title. \n
- Draft and negotiate contracts, leases, licences, and ancillary property documentation. \n
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professional advisers throughout transactions. \n
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Qualified Solicitor with 2-5+ years' PQE in Commercial Property. \n
- Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions. \n
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. \n
- Excellent communication and client care skills. \n
- Ability to manage files independently and meet deadlines. \n
- Commercially minded with a proactive and professional approach. \n
