Multi-Skilled Engineer Location: Bond Street, London Salary: £45,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm The Opportunity We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Multi-Skilled Engineer to join our established engineering team based at a prestigious commercial site in the heart of Bond Street, London. What's on Offer * £45,000 basic salary * Monday to Friday working hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) * 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays * Excellent private pension scheme * Comprehensive company benefits package * Paid overtime available (evenings and weekends) * Ongoing training and development * Clear career progression opportunities * Stable, long-term role within a supportive team The Role As a Multi-Skilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-end commercial building, ensuring all plant and equipment operates safely and efficiently. You will also provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional image and building strong relationships with the client. Key Responsibilities * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems. * Maintain and repair plant including: Fan Coil Units (FCUs), Air Handling Units (AHUs), Pumps, Valves, General mechanical plant * Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently. * Accurately update and manage tasks using a CAFM system. * Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships. * Support engineers across nearby sites in Mayfair and Belgravia when required. * Learn and work with additional building systems, including BMS and lighting controls. * Ensure all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: * Recognised electrical qualifications. * A strong mechanical maintenance background. * Experience working within commercial building maintenance. * Confidence using CAFM systems. * Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving skills. * A professional, smart and presentable appearance. * Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach. * A flexible attitude, including occasional early starts or late finishes. * Availability to undertake overtime during evenings and weekends when required. * A willingness to learn new systems and continually develop your technical skills.
