Site Manager – Required - Stevenage Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire Job Type: Full-time, Ongoing Contract Duration: Approximately 2 Years Start Date: Wednesday 12th August 2026 Interview Availability: Candidates must be available to attend an interview on Monday 10th August or Tuesday 11th August 2026 to be considered for the Wednesday 12th August site start. We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Manager for a long-term refurbishment project in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team on a major programme of works involving the installation of new windows and doors across occupied properties. The project is expected to run for approximately two years, offering consistent, long-term work for the right candidate. Site Manager Key Responsibilities * Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations. * Manage subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. * Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures. * Liaise with clients, residents and the project team. * Monitor progress, quality and programme delivery. * Complete site paperwork and reports as required. Requirements * Previous experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or planned maintenance projects. * Experience managing window and door installation programmes is desirable. * Valid SMSTS certificate. * Valid CSCS card. * Current First Aid at Work certificate. * Enhanced or Standard DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). * Full UK driving licence and own transport. * Strong communication and organisational skills. * Must be available to attend an interview on Monday 10th August or Tuesday 11th August 2026.
