Client Onboarding Executive

This role is perfect for a compliance-focused professional with experience in Client Due Diligence (CDD) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes, offering a supportive and professional environment to develop your career.
\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Conduct detailed CDD and AML checks for new and existing clients. \n
- Assess client risk profiles and identify potential compliance concerns. \n
- Verify client documentation and ensure records remain accurate and up to date. \n
- Investigate client backgrounds, ownership structures, and business activities. \n
- Escalate high-risk or suspicious matters to the appropriate compliance team. \n
- Support the implementation and enhancement of AML policies, procedures, and controls in line with UK regulations. \n
- Assist in developing clearer and more robust onboarding processes. \n
- Monitor and report unusual activity that may indicate potential money laundering or fraud. \n
- Keep up to date with changes in AML legislation and regulatory requirements. \n
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the onboarding process. \n
- Guide clients through AML and CDD requirements and respond to related queries. \n
- Maintain accurate compliance records for reporting and audit purposes. \n
- Prepare compliance reports for senior stakeholders and compliance teams as required. \n
- Work closely with compliance and risk teams to promote best practice across the business. \n
- Promote effective file management and administrative standards. \n
- Undertake additional duties as required. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. \n
- Previous experience in client onboarding, CDD, and AML. \n
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and compliance requirements. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. \n
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \n
- Outstanding client service and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities. \n
