\nWe are currently recruiting a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive secondary school in South West London, starting in September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to gain hands-on classroom experience while supporting students with their academic, personal, and social development.\n
Key responsibilities:\n
\n

• Supporting students in and out of the classroom
  \n Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom engagement
  \n Providing 1:1 and small-group support where required
  \n Supporting students with their academic progress and confidence
  \n Encouraging positive behaviour and participation
  \n Helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment
\n

The ideal candidate will have:\n

• A graduate degree
  \n A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
  \n Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  \n A genuine interest in education and working with young people
  \n The ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
\n
