🚨 Structural Engineer | London | 2–5 Years’ Consultancy Experience 🚨
\nI’m currently working with a growing engineering consultancy that is looking to hire a Structural Engineer to join their team working on a variety of building structures projects across the UK.
\nThis is a great opportunity for someone with 2–5 years’ experience within a UK structural consultancy who wants to take the next step in their career and gain exposure to a broad range of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, retail, logistics and technology.
\nYou’ll be joining a collaborative and supportive engineering team where you’ll have the chance to develop technically, take on increasing responsibility, and work towards Chartered status.
\nThe Role
\nAs a Structural Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of building structures from concept through to construction.
\nYour responsibilities will include:
\n• Designing structural solutions for a range of building projects
\n• Carrying out structural analysis and design calculations
\n• Producing drawings and technical documentation using design software
\n• Working with tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla and Mathcad
\n• Coordinating with architects, contractors and multidisciplinary teams
\n• Attending site visits and inspections to review construction progress
\n• Supporting the delivery of projects through all stages of design and construction
\nAbout You
\n• 2–5 years’ experience working in a UK structural engineering consultancy
\n• Degree qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering
\n• Experience working on building structures projects
\n• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla or similar structural design tools
\n• Working towards Chartered Engineer status (IStructE or ICE)
\n• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
