Graduate Regulatory Affairs Officer - Chemicals

Job Description

An opportunity for a recent chemistry graduate who is looking to start their career in chemical regulatory affairs. Full training will be provided – this is a rare opening that will get you the “foot in the door” and start your regulatory career.

You will join the regulatory affairs team of a multi-national chemical business; you will be involved in the management and validation of chemical regulatory data – you will be trained in:

    \n
  • chemical hazard classification
  • \n
  • SDS and label authoring
  • \n
  • research/horizon scanning for regulatory changes
  • \n
\n

This role is focussing on chemical regulations – mainly CLP and GHS.

\n

This role will be ideal for a recent graduate in chemistry / environmental chemistry (or similar) who is looking to start a career in CHEMICAL regulatory affairs. You must be able to demonstrate:

  • strong IT literacy

Ideally you will have some experience of COSHH assessments and use of SDS during experimental work. Full training will be provided.
