Location: Manchester or Leeds

Salary: £50,000–£60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

We're recruiting for an Asset Manager to join a leading real estate investment business, managing a diverse commercial property portfolio across the UK.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced asset management professional to take ownership of a varied portfolio, driving performance through proactive lease management, value-add initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

The Role

• Manage lease events including rent reviews, renewals, break options and re-gears.
\n
• Oversee lettings, disposals and acquisitions.
\n
• Deliver refurbishment projects to maximise asset value.
\n
• Manage dilapidations and ensure lease compliance.
\n
• Work closely with agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders to drive portfolio performance.
\n

About You

\n
• Previous experience in commercial property asset management.
\n
• Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant matters.
\n
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
\n
• Commercially astute with strong financial and analytical ability.
\n
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities.
\n
