- Work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through to delivery \n
- Spot and prioritise opportunities to improve the customer experience \n
- Design connected journeys across multiple touchpoints \n
- Balance customer needs with business and regulatory requirements \n
- Use feedback and user behaviour data to measure the impact of your work \n

- Strong user centred design experience across digital products \n
- A track record of mapping and improving end to end customer journeys \n
- Experience working in agile product and technology teams \n
- A portfolio that shows real problem solving, not just visual polish \n
- Solid grounding in UX, interaction design and information architecture \n
- Confidence building user flows, wireframes, prototypes and journey maps \n
- Strong Figma skills \n
- An understanding of accessibility and inclusive design \n
- Comfort using data and customer insight to guide design decisions \n
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders \n
Nice to have:
\n- \n
- Experience designing consumer facing digital products \n
- Background in SaaS, PropTech, FinTech or LegalTech \n
- Experience across B2C or B2B2C journeys \n
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries \n
Hours and location
\n37.5 hours a week, typically 9am to 5.30pm, with hybrid working and flexitime available once you're through probation. Based in Leeds.
\nWhat's on offer
\n- \n
- Competitive salary based on experience, with annual reviews and clear progression \n
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays \n
- Private health insurance including dental, optical and hearing \n
- Income protection worth 4x base salary for up to 5 years \n
- Life assurance worth 4x base salary \n
- 24/7 health advice line and virtual GP access \n

- Regular team breakfasts and lunches \n
- £100 spot prize recognition awards \n
- Work From Anywhere weeks \n
- Referral bonus up to £2,000 \n
- Birthday and work anniversary gifts \n
- Regular socials: summer and Christmas parties, hikes, pub quizzes and more \n
If you'd like to build your career shaping products used by millions of people, while working with modern tools and a genuinely supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.
