\n

We're working with a fast growing, market leading technology business that's transforming a traditionally complex industry. They're expanding their Product and Design team and looking for a talented UX Designer to help shape a consumer platform used by millions of people, at some of the most important moments in their lives.

\n

\n

About the role

\n

You'll join a Product team responsible for bringing together multiple platforms into one seamless consumer app. It's a genuinely high impact role: you won't just be polishing screens, you'll be helping redesign how people navigate a process that's often stressful and confusing, and making it feel simple.

    \n
  • Design intuitive, accessible experiences across web and mobile
  • \n
  • Build user flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished UI designs
  • \n
  • Turn complex requirements into clear, effective customer journeys
  • \n
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering from discovery through to delivery
  • \n
  • Spot and prioritise opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • \n
  • Design connected journeys across multiple touchpoints
  • \n
  • Balance customer needs with business and regulatory requirements
  • \n
  • Use feedback and user behaviour data to measure the impact of your work
  • \n
\n

  • \n
  • A portfolio that shows real problem solving, not just visual polish
  • \n
  • Solid grounding in UX, interaction design and information architecture
  • \n
  • Confidence building user flows, wireframes, prototypes and journey maps
  • \n
  • Strong Figma skills
  • \n

  • \n
  • Comfort using data and customer insight to guide design decisions
  • \n
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders
  • \n

Nice to have:

\n
    \n
  • Experience designing consumer facing digital products
