Product Manager (B2B SaaS / HealthTech)

PRODUCT MANAGER (HEALTH-TECH SCALEUP) | UP TO £75K | LONDON HYBRID

Few&Far are working with a B2B SaaS HealthTech Scaleup (Series B) to hire a Permanent Product Manager to work on their scaling SaaS products!

They are offering a base salary of up to £75K (max) and it will be hybrid working 2-3 days in London.

Role Duties:

\n
• Own and scale key platforms across their digital staff banks and agency management tools.
\n
• Join a collaborative team, driving strategic roadmaps, and working closely with engineering, design, and commercial teams to deliver high-impact SaaS features.
\n
• Lead agile product discovery, backlog refinement, user story mapping, and sprint delivery with dedicated engineering squads.
\n
• Analyze product data, user feedback, and commercial metrics to prioritize features that drive usage and customer retention.
\n

Essential Requirements:

\n
• B2B SaaS Experience
\n
• Agile Delivery: Demonstrable experience building, prioritizing, and executing strategic product roadmaps within an agile framework.
\n
• Experience in a scaleup/larger startup environment -> used to a fast paced way of working with multiple product releases per month
\n
• Highly expansive strategic thinker, rather than a pure delivery driver
\n
• Customer obsessed and willing to regularly visit NHS trust sites
\n

Desirable Experience:

\n
• 0-1 experience
\n
• HealthTech / Healthcare Experience
\n
• Experience and awareness of public sector governance, NHS procurement, and NHS user archetypes
\n
