Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the Housing sector to recruit a Procurement Assurance Manager into their well regarded procurement function.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing procurement assurance processes, driving compliance, and ensuring transparency throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Lead the development and implementation of procurement comlpaince processes to ensure adherence with the Procurement Act 2023 and wider public procurement regulations.
  • \n
  • Manage the publication of procurement notices throughout the procurement lifecycle.
  • \n
  • Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide procurement guidance, training and support.
  • \n
  • Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance, implement corrective actions and continuously improve procurement reporting, transparency and assurance processes.

Experience

\n
    \n
  • Strong knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) and the Procurement Act 2023.
  • \n
  • Experience working within a public sector or regulated procurement environment.
  • \n
  • Proven ability to build strong stakeholder relationships, influence at all levels and communicate complex procurement legislation effectively.
  • \n
  • Experience developing governance, compliance or assurance processes, with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret procurement data.
