About the Company\n

Our client is an award winning Investment Manager with a newly created role for a Fund Finance Manager where you'll be responsible for a couple of investment strategies covering financial reporting, cash and liquidity management, financial control and Board reporting. You'll be working closely with administrators, auditors, tax advisers and internal stakeholders. About the Role In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial activities across investment portfolios and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards. Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day finance activities across 2 of the portfolios.
\n
• Ensure timely, accurate financial reporting and statutory compliance.
\n
• Maintain effective financial controls and support governance requirements.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with fund administrators, auditors, tax advisers and investment teams.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve finance processes and reporting.
\n
• Review management accounts from the administrators and prepare board packs.
\n
• Assist with tax and deal structuring on acquisitions.
\n

Qualifications\n

\n
• At least 2-3 years PQE with strong technical accounting and reporting skills.
\n
• Experience with investment management firms and funds (VCT's would be highly desirable).
\n
• Advanced Excel and systems skills.
\n
• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and confident communication skills.
\n
