\nWe're seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support managers across a diverse organisation, providing expert guidance on employee relations, employment law, performance management, absence management, recruitment, wellbeing and HR best practice.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who enjoys building relationships, solving complex people challenges and helping drive a positive workplace culture.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Lead on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance and absence management. \n
- Provide expert HR advice and coaching to managers. \n
- Support recruitment, onboarding and employee engagement activities. \n
- Analyse HR data and provide management reports. \n
- Assist with organisational change and TUPE projects. \n
- Develop HR processes and support continuous improvement initiatives. \n
- Line manage and support members of the HR team. \n
- Deputise for the HR Manager when required. \n
What We're Looking For
\nCIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
\nStrong HR Generalist background
\nExtensive Employee Relations experience
\nUp-to-date knowledge of UK Employment Law
\nExperience coaching and influencing managers
\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills
\nExperience using HR systems and reporting tools
