Conveyancing Paralegal

We're recruiting for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to support a specialist residential property team handling high-quality work for a loyal client base.

This isn't a role where you'll simply process files. You'll become an integral part of the team, supporting interesting property transactions and working closely with experienced fee earners in a collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll support fee earners across the full conveyancing process, including:

Opening new mattersDrafting documentationPreparing contractsLiaising with clients, lenders and estate agentsCompleting searchesAssisting with exchanges and completionsManaging post-completion mattersProviding regular client updatesAbout You

You'll already have:

Previous residential conveyancing experienceKnowledge of the transaction processExcellent organisational skillsA proactive approachStrong communication and client care skills

Experience with buy-to-let or investment property transactions would be advantageous but isn't essential.
