Job Description

Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

\n

Working for a large food manufacturer, we are looking for multi-drop van drivers to be the face of our brand when delivering to customers.

\n

Shiftstart from1:30am, working 5 days out of 7, including weekends.

\n

Full training will be provided to ensure food-to-go deliveries are completed on time and in full to our customer base. Driversare responsible formeeting customer specifications andmaintainingfood safety standards throughout eachjourney. Deliveryroutes will vary, with training provided whererequired. Drivers are expected to:

Whatyou'llbe doing:

  • \n

    Complete all food safety, transport documentation, temperature checks, and daily control records accurately on each shift

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Operate vehicles safely within licence parameters, reporting any licence, health, or conviction changesimmediately

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Carry out vehicle safety checks, report defects or damage, and ensureaccurateodometer readings

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Maintainhigh standardsof cleanliness for the vehicle cab, exterior, and refrigerated areas

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Complete all required training, including Level 2 Food Safety, andcomply withcompany and legal requirements

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Manage vehicle operations responsibly, including refuelling, returning pallets and baskets, and reporting road traffic incidents promptly

About you:

  • \n

    Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 24 months with no more than 6 penalty points

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    A safe, courteous driver whoremainscalm under pressure and uses initiative

    • \n
\n
    \n
  • \n

    Friendly, approachable, and professional, withstrong communicationskills and a customer-focused attitude
