For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:£75,000 - £85,000 plus up to 15% bonus and 3 remote working days per weekRole responsibilities will include but not limited to:Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual close process for all UK entitiesBuild, lead and develop the local Finance teamEnsure accurate statutory accounting in UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS compliancePrepare and submit group reporting packages, ensuring data quality, reconciliation and IFRS adjustmentsCoordinate external audit preparation and ensure timely delivery of audited statutory financial statementsCoordinate transfer pricing documentation with Group Tax ManagerImplement and maintain internal controlsManage bank relationships and corporate registration matters for the UKAct as finance business partner for Regional ManagersManage analytical accounting and reporting for projects and contractsDefine and monitor cash forecasts in coordination with local managers and Group TreasuryDrive process improvement and ERP optimisationPerson specification:Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3-5 years PQEOperating within Engineering, Manufacturing,Construction, Energy, Retail or FMCGCurrently operating as a technical Senior Finance Manager or Financial ControllerHave an in-depth knowledge of consolidation and reporting toolsWorking knowledge of IRFSIn-depth knowledge in advanced function for Excel, Power Point, Word, Power Query/database, Power BI and automated dashboards£75,000 - £85,000 plus up to 15% bonus and 3 remote working days per weekRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
