Please ensure that this is completed in full in order that your application can be reviewed.Property ManagerAbout the role:We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Property Manager to oversee the maintenance, safety, and compliance of a growing portfolio of care homes. This is a key leadership role ensuring our homes remain safe, well-maintained, and fully compliant, supporting high-quality care environments for residents and staff.The successful candidate will work closely with Home Managers, Maintenance Operatives, and external contractors to deliver effective property management across the group. You will cover 18 care homes across Warwickshire, Doncaster and Nottingham.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day property and maintenance operations across multiple care homesEnsure all buildings are safe, compliant, and maintained to a high standardManage planned and reactive maintenance programmesEnsure compliance with health & safety legislation, CQC standards, and statutory requirementsConduct site inspectionsSupport and guide Maintenance Operatives, including inductions and trainingMaintain accurate records, logs, and compliance documentationBenefits of working with Runwood Homes:28 days Paid HolidayPension SchemeBlue Light Card and access to various other discounts on travel, restaurants, days out and leisureEmployee Assistance Scheme that is also available to immediate family membersComprehensive induction and ongoing, paid trainingFree DBS CheckFree, on-site parkingExperience and Qualifications Required:Proven experience in property or facilities management (care, healthcare, or similar regulated environment desirable)Strong knowledge of health & safety, building compliance, and statutory testingConfident managing multiple sites and competing prioritiesExcellent communication and leadership skillsProactive, solutions-focused, and highly organisedAble to work independently and as part of a senior management teamThe successful candidate will need to have relevant experience and ideally have worked in a similar environment.
