\nAhighlyaccomplishedChiefFinancialOfficerissoughttosupportanUltraHighNetWorthPrincipalwithadiverseportfolioofpersonal,corporateandinvestmentinterestsintheUKandinternationally.Thisappointmentisintendedtoestablishasingletrustedfinancialadvisercapableofprovidingstrategicdirection,technicalexpertiseandinformedcommercialjudgementacrossallaspectsofthePrincipal'sfinancialaffairs.
\nThesuccessfulcandidatewillcombinefirst-classfinancialleadershipwithapractical,hands-onapproach,bringingclarity,continuityandconfidencetocomplexfinancialmatters.Whilstsupportedbyspecialistadviserswhereappropriate,thesuccessfulcandidatewillbeexpectedtopossessthedepthofknowledgeandexperiencetoleadfinancialdecision-makingindependentlyandtoseekexternallegalorjurisdiction-specificadviceonlywhereadditionalexpertiseisrequired.

CoreResponsibilities\n- \n
- Act as the Principal's principal financial adviser and trusted confidant. \n
- Provide strategic oversight of personal, corporate and investment interests. \n
- Develop long-term financial strategies aligned with the Principal's objectives. \n
- Deliver concise, commercially focused advice to support decision-making. \n
FinancialManagement
\n- \n
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, treasury and cashflow across multiple entities. \n
- Maintain robust financial controls and governance. \n
- Monitor banking relationships, liquidity and financial risk. \n
- Review financial performance and identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation. \n
Taxation, Structures & Compliance
\n- \n
- Provide expert guidance on UK taxation together with a strong understanding of international tax legislation and cross-border structures. \n
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting, taxation and regulatory requirements. \n
- Review and advise on companies, holding structures and investment vehicles to ensure they remain commercially appropriate, tax efficient and compliant. \n
- Identify legitimate tax planning opportunities and advise on legislative changes. \n
- Obtain specialist legal or jurisdiction-specific advice where necessary and evaluate recommendations before implementation. \n
- Oversee statutory reporting and regulatory filings. \n
- \n
- Provide financial leadership on acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and investment opportunities. \n
- Undertake financial due diligence and financial modelling where required. \n
- Assess commercial risk and support strategic planning. \n
- \n
- ACA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification. \n
- Proven experience as a CFO, Finance Director or equivalent senior finance executive. \n
- Experience supporting UHNW individual s, family offices or complex privately owned businesses. \n
- Excellent knowledge of UK accounting standards, taxation and international financial structures. \n
- Strong commercial judgement with the ability to explain complex issues clearly. \n
