Residential Surveyor / Valuer - AssocRICS or MRICS
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne

Our Client, a well-established and growing property consultancy in the North East, is hiring an experienced Residential Surveyor / Valuer to join their team on a permanent basis.

What you'll be doing:
\n * Carrying out residential property inspections and surveys across the North East
\n * Preparing detailed, professional residential survey reports and valuations
\n * Identifying and reporting on property defects, condition issues, and overall property condition
\n * Providing clients with clear, practical guidance on both property condition and value
\n * Producing accurate, well-presented reports in line with relevant RICS standards
\n * Managing your own workload and appointments to meet deadlines and client expectations
\n * Building strong relationships with clients and other property professionals
\n * Keeping up to date with relevant RICS guidance, regulations, and industry standards

What you'll bring:
\n * AssocRICS or MRICS accreditation
\n * Experience in residential surveying and/or property valuation
\n * Strong knowledge of residential construction, building defects, and property condition
\n * Proven experience producing professional residential survey and valuation reports
\n * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-first mindset
\n * Confidence working independently and managing your own caseload
\n * A full UK driving licence, with the ability to travel to residential properties across the North East
