Project Manager / Employer's Agent.

Major Residential-Led Mixed-Use Developments.

Central London.

We are delighted to have been instructed to appoint a Project Manager / Employer's Agent on behalf of a highly active residential-led mixed-use developer and property company. Acting in both capacities, you will play a pivotal role in delivering major, multi-phase developments, including complex high-rise schemes across Central London.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the successful delivery of complex construction projects from inception through to completion.
\n
• Manage multidisciplinary consultant, design and contractor teams to achieve programme, quality and commercial objectives.
\n
• Oversee project governance, programming, reporting and risk management.
\n
• Administer construction contracts, including change control, certifications, extensions of time and contractual compliance.
\n
• Manage procurement strategies, commercial performance and cost control alongside the commercial team.
\n
• Coordinate statutory approvals, planning obligations and key stakeholder relationships.
\n
• Ensure successful commissioning, handover, defects management and project close-out.
\n
• Drive value engineering, regulatory compliance, sustainability and continuous project improvement.
\n

To be considered, you will have demonstrable experience operating as both a Project Manager and Employer's Agent on complex residential or mixed-use developments. Experience of Gateway 2 under the Building Safety Act is essential.
