Interim Senior Trademark Counsel (3 Months)

We're supporting a multinational consumer business seeking an experienced Senior Trademark Counsel to provide interim cover within its global legal team.

This role will take ownership of a significant international trademark portfolio, supporting brand teams across multiple markets and managing the full trademark lifecycle.

Start date: ASAP

Location: London, hybrid working

Contract duration: 3 months

Key responsibilities:

• Advising on trademark clearance and launch risk assessments.
\n
• Managing global trademark filing and prosecution strategies.
\n
• Leading brand protection, enforcement, and dispute matters.
\n
• Providing advice on copyright, domain names, and related IP issues.
\n
• Managing relationships with external counsel and stakeholders.
\n
• Supporting commercial and strategic business initiatives from an intellectual property perspective.
\n

Ideal experience:

\n
• Qualified lawyer with substantial trademark law expertise.
\n
• Strong experience managing international trademark portfolios.
\n
• Previous in-house and/or private practice experience.
\n
• Commercially focused and comfortable working with senior stakeholders.
\n
• Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced global environment
