What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ Years in Live Events/Production: Proven hands-on experience managing production for small-to-medium live events.
\n
• Solid Technical Literacy: Confident understanding of AV, lighting, audio, video, staging, and temporary structures.
\n
• On-Site & Logistical Acumen: Experience running builds, de-rigs, supplier crews, site surveys, and H&S regulations.
\n
• Composure & Mobility: Calm under pressure, a full UK driving licence, and total flexibility for international travel and weekend delivery.
\n

What You’ll Do:

• Production Planning: Build detailed technical schedules, documentation, and site surveys to bring designs to life.
\n
• Project & Budget Management: Lead event delivery, manage suppliers/freelancers, and track project budgets and costs.
\n
• On-Site Operations: Direct builds and de-rigs, coordinate transport and crew logistics, and solve issues on the fly.
\n
• Collaboration & Support: Work with creative teams, input technical specs into client pitches, and support junior coordinators.
\n
