Contract Opportunity – Senior Product Analyst (Salesforce CRM/API)

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Product Analyst / Business Analyst to join a major CRM transformation programme with a leading organisation in the financial services/regulatory sector.

Location: Hybrid – London

Contract: Initial 6 months (likely extension)

Rate: £300–£350 per day (DOE)

We're looking for someone with:

'14;️ 10+ years' experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst

'14;️ Strong Salesforce CRM experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)

'14;️ Experience with API-led integrations (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft or similar)

'14;️ Agile delivery, user stories, backlog management and stakeholder engagement

'14;️ CRM transformation and enterprise integration experience

'14;️ Financial Services, Regulatory or Public Sector experience is highly desirable

You'll be working closely with business stakeholders, architects and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce and API solutions in a complex, highly regulated environment.

Previous experience working with the FCA or similar regulatory organisations would be a distinct advantage.
