Our Planning and Growth team handles development proposals ranging from householder extensions to major housing and commercial schemes, with considerable interest from national housebuilders.Senior Planning Officer - The Role:Following internal promotions, we are seeking a highly experienced planner to join our forward-thinking Development Management team. You will manage a complex caseload of major housing and commercial applications alongside intricate minor schemes. Day-to-day, you will handle planning applications and pre-application enquiries, contributing to enhancing the character of the district. You will support and deputise for your Team Manager when required, sharing knowledge with colleagues and developing your own career to the next level.
