Job Description
I'm recruiting a Senior People & HR Manager (HYBRID) for an established and growing luxury care home provider.
\nThis is a broad, hands-on role supporting a portfolio of care homes across the UK, with responsibility across recruitment, workforce planning, HR operations, training and compliance.
\nIt's a great opportunity for someone who has worked within a multi-site HR role and enjoys being close to operations. You'll work directly with senior leaders and Home Managers, lead a small central team and play an important role in making sure the business can attract, recruit, develop and retain the right people.

- Lead recruitment and workforce planning across the group \n
- Support Home Managers with recruitment challenges and resourcing plans \n
- Oversee onboarding and induction \n
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers \n
- Support employee relations and people matters \n
- Oversee mandatory training, development and compliance \n
- Use workforce data to identify recruitment, retention and people trends \n
- Support succession planning and management development \n
- Oversee sponsorship compliance and support Home Office requirements \n
- Support CQC and regulatory inspections from an HR and workforce perspective \n
- Manage and develop a small HR, recruitment and training team \n
- Work closely with the Head of HR & Training and wider operational leadership team \n
About you
\nI'm looking for someone with a strong generalist HR background who also understands the importance of recruitment and workforce planning. You'll ideally have:
\n- \n
- Senior HR Manager, HR Business Partner or People Business Partner experience \n
- Experience working across multiple sites or locations \n
- Strong operational HR and employee relations knowledge \n
- Good recruitment and workforce planning experience \n
- Experience managing and developing a team \n
- Experience within social care \n
- CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent experience \n
- A hands-on approach and the ability to build strong relationships with operational managers \n
They need someone comfortable getting involved in the day-to-day and working directly with managers to solve problems and improve recruitment, retention and people processes.
