Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate (1–6 PQE)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor or Associate (1–6 years' PQE) to join a busy and highly regarded Commercial Property team based in central Hertfordshire.

This role is ideal for a technically strong lawyer who enjoys building client relationships, supporting the development of junior colleagues, and getting involved in business development.

The role will involve:

• Landlord and tenant matters

• Property development work
\n
• Sales and acquisitions of owner-occupied and investment property

• Secured lending transactions
\n

The team advises a diverse client base, including developers, property investors, corporates, public sector organisations, schools, retailers, landlords, tenants, entrepreneurs, and SMEs on a broad range of high-quality commercial property matters across the UK.
