Job title - Project Manager (Data Centres)

Location - London

Salary - £50,000 - £65,000

A specialist construction consultancy (circa 20 strong) with a mixed portfolio spanning real estate and data centres is growing its delivery team - and this is a genuinely exciting one.

Over the last 4 years they've quietly built out a dedicated Data Centre arm, and it's paying off: they're now landing projects ranging from £20m right up to £1b in value. To support delivery on this pipeline, they're looking to bring in a Data Centre specialist at PM or Senior PM level.

This isn't just a role - it's an opportunity to get in at ground level of a long-term strategy to build a genuinely strong presence in the data centre market. You'd be joining early enough to help shape the team and grow with it as the DC arm scales, rather than stepping into something already fully formed.
