The role: You will manage your own caseload of private family matters, with a particular emphasis on finance, including:\n

• Divorce and separation

• Financial remedy proceedings

• Private children matters
\n
• Negotiation, settlement and court work

The role offers autonomy over files, with support available from experienced colleagues and realistic expectations around workload. An exposure to Legal Aid would be beneficial. The ideal candidate:\n
