A highly regarded and growing law firm in Marlow is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Lawyer (NQ - 5 Years PQE) to join its successful property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Newly Qualified Solicitor through to a Commercial Property Lawyer with up to 5 years' PQE seeking exposure to high-quality work, direct client contact, and a clear pathway for career progression.

You will work closely with experienced property professionals and advise a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, landlords, tenants, business owners, and high-net-worth individuals.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including:

• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
\n
• Landlord and tenant matters
\n
• Lease negotiations, renewals and assignments
\n
• Development and investment transactions
\n
• Property finance and refinancing matters
\n
• Portfolio management work
\n
• Title investigations and due diligence
\n
• Drafting and negotiating legal documentation
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n

About You

Applications are welcomed from NQ Solicitors and Commercial Property Lawyers with up to 5 years' PQE.

You will ideally possess:

• Experience in commercial property gained during a training contract or post-qualification
\n
• Strong technical and drafting skills
\n
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
\n
• Commercial awareness and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving

• The ability to manage competing priorities effectively
