Registered Manager

Registered Manager Location: Bradford Hours: 37.5h Salary: £28k-£30k We're recruiting for a Registered Manager to take the lead in a friendly, community-based adult care service supporting around 30 individuals to live independently in their own homes.What you'll be doing:\n

• Lead the daily operation of the service, ensuring safe and effective care delivery.
\n
• Ensure high standards of person-centred support are maintained.
\n
• Oversee compliance with CQC standards, safeguarding requirements and company policies.
\n
• Manage, support and motivate the staff team.
\n
• Monitor the quality of the service and identify opportunities for improvement.
\n
• Split your time between office-based management and visiting clients within the community.
\n
• On call (1 in 4)
\n

About You:\n

\n
• Previous experience in a Registered Manager.
\n
• Good knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality standards.
\n
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
\n
• A genuine commitment to delivering excellent care and achieving positive outcomes.
\n
• Confident working both in an office environment and out in the community.
\n

Qualifications:\n

\n
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care
\n
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager.
\n
