Location: Woking (on site)

Duration: Interim role, 3 to 6 months initially, with potential for extension

Salary: £30,000 per annum or equivalent hourly rate

Based in Woking, this is a site-based role (five days a week) supporting operational and engineering teams in a B2B environment.

The Opportunity\n

We are working with a leading water treatment specialist to find an Operational Administrator. Your primary focus will be to support the operational and engineering teams by managing external communication with B2B clients and ensuring the smooth collection and processing of information for internal use. This role is ideal for someone with previous administration experience who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the go-to person for organising and streamlining processes.

What You’ll Be Doing\n

  • Acting as the central point of contact for external communication with B2B clients, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.

  • Collecting, organising, and processing key information from clients and stakeholders for use by operational and engineering teams.
  • \n
  • Tracking and maintaining accurate records of communications, data, and documentation to support smooth operations.
  • \n
  • Assisting in the preparation of internal reports by gathering and consolidating relevant information.
  • \n
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • \n
  • Collaborating closely with the operational and engineering teams to ensure all client queries are handled promptly and efficiently.

  • Maintaining a structured and organised approach to prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • \n
Experience & Background\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role is essential.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • \n
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with clients in a professional manner.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with other administrative tools.
  • \n
  • Experience in collecting and processing information for internal use is highly desirable.
