Construction Manager - Retail fit-out - Spanish speaking

Construction Manager Hybrid Retail Projects My client are a growing retail fit-our contractor who undertake projects across the UK and Europe. AS their team grows they are seeking a Projects/ Construction manager to oversee 2-4 projects at various stages of the project lifecycle. The role will be to manage the projects prior to starting on site, liaising with client, commercial, 3rd parties (malls/ freeholders etc), and then oversee the project teams remotely and ensure minimal disruptions to the set programmes. The ideal candidate will have the following experience/ skill set: - Spansih & English speaking - Manage full projet lifecycle - Be able to delegate tasks to junior staff and office staff where required - Client facing - Creating programmes - Ensuring projects are set up to succeed (timeline, costings and delivery). - Be an excellent communicator - internally and to all relevant parties. This is a fast paced role that will require fairly regular travel (a few times a month). Location wise this can be based anywhere in the UK, ideally within one hour of a major airport to reduce travel times
