Looking for a long-term Class 1 role with a great work-life balance?\n
\nRussell Taylor CDI are recruiting experienced Class 1 Drivers for a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with our client in Warrington.\n
\nYou'll be working a 4 on 4 off night shift pattern, carrying out cage work and working towards a permanent position.\n
\nPay\n
\n£17.50 per hour for the first 12 weeks\n
\n£48,000 per annum once permanent\n
\nThe Role\n
\nAs a Class 1 Driver, you'll be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of goods using cages.\n
\nYour duties will include:\n
\nCompleting cage deliveries and collections\n
\nSafely loading, securing and transporting cages\n
\nCarrying out daily vehicle checks\n
\nFollowing all drivers' hours and tachograph regulations\n
\nCompleting delivery paperwork accurately\n
\nMaintaining a clean and presentable vehicle\n
\nProviding a professional service to customers\n
\nWorking safely and efficiently throughout your shift\n
\nWhat We're Looking For\n
\nValid Class 1 (C+E) licence\n
\nMinimum 3 months' Class 1 driving experience\n
\nValid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card\n
\nGood understanding of drivers' hours and tachograph regulations\n
\nReliable and professional approach\n
\nGood communication skills\n
\nNo more than 6 points on your licence\n
\nWhat's on Offer?\n
