\n A local bank is seeking a professional and customer-focused financial service representative to support daily branch operations in Crossville. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service while handling a variety of banking transactions and assisting customers with account services. The ideal candidate will have prior cash-handling experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to communicate confidently with customers.\n

Responsibilities:\n
\n -Provide courteous, accurate, and efficient customer service\n
\n -Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing\n
\n -Record and balance transactions; reconcile cash drawers daily\n
\n -Count, package, and maintain currency accurately\n
\n -Exchange foreign currency when applicable\n
\n -Promote and educate customers on bank products and services\n
\n -Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information\n
\n -Collaborate with other bank team members to ensure smooth operations\n
\n -Assist customers with online and mobile banking, PIN/password resets, bill pay setup, and troubleshooting\n
\n -Ensure compliance with bank policies, procedures and security standards\n
\n
Requirements:\n
\n -Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience preferred\n
\n -Minimum of 1 year of cash-handling experience preferred\n
-Previous banking experience preferred\n
\n -Strong attention to detail and accuracy\n
\n -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\n
\n -Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to banking regulations\n
\n -Reliable transportation and a strong attendance record\n
-Able to pass a drug screening
\n -Able to pass a background check\n
