With the support of a practice manager, a highly trained team on site, coupled with a vast network of experts across the nation, you'll be completely connected to all the resources and support of Heartland Dental.

Minimum Qualifications
\n- \n
- Current dental hygienist license in IN and an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene (where required) \n
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation \n
- CPR Certification \n
Preferred Experience
\n- \n
- Open to new graduate or years of clinical experience \n
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems \n
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health \n
- Clinical needs as required by office \n
Physical Requirements

- Ability to perform essential duties as deemed necessary by the Office/ Doctor/ Heartland Dental with or without reasonable accommodation. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties of the position \n
- Prolonged periods sitting and standing \n
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times \n
- Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in-person) periodically throughout the year \n
- As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for both team members and patients, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions. This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment. The test will be arranged during the pre-employment process, and any necessary guidance or paperwork will be provided. Not applicable in the state of FL & TN. \n
