You'll work on the perishable cooler dock of a busy grocery distribution center, helping move fresh grocery products quickly and safely to keep the supply chain moving. What You'll Do Load and unload grocery freight in a refrigerated cooler warehouse Move, sort, and palletize perishable products Select and stage freight for shipment Audit freight for accuracy Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow all warehouse and food safety procedures Operate warehouse equipment if trained and authorized Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Warehouse experience is preferred but not required—we will train the right candidate Comfortable working in a cold, refrigerated warehouse environment Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding job Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Team-oriented with a focus on safety and productivity Willingness to learn and grow within the company Physical Requirements Lift and carry 25-75 pounds throughout the shift Stand, walk, bend, lift, reach, and twist for extended periods Perform repetitive physical work throughout the day Work in a refrigerated perishable cooler (approximately 34°F-40°F) for the duration of your shift Wear company-required personal protective equipment appropriate for a cold warehouse environment About the Company Capstone Logistics operates more than 650 locations across North America and is committed to promoting from within.
