Compensation:

$80,000 - $100,000 plus a $10K Signing Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing patients' medical histories.
• Diagnosing conditions by observing movements and listening to patient concerns.
• Creating personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient.
• Setting clear goals and expected outcomes for patients.
• Utilizing exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on manual therapy to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and prevent future injuries.
• Documenting patient progress and adjusting care plans as necessary.
• Educating patients and their families about the recovery process involved in physical therapy.

Qualifications:

• Licensure: Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license in good standing in Oklahoma.
• Experience: Preferred one year in outpatient orthopedics; however, new graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Skills: Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning abilities.

Education:

Must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program and licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Oklahoma.
