Qualifications

    MD or DO

    • \n
  • \n

    Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery

  • \n

    Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana and/or Illinois

  • \n

    Experienced physicians and graduating residents/fellows are encouraged to apply
