\n You'll join a company that supports container and chassis storage yard operations for motor carriers and customers. You'll work closely with operations, finance, accounting, and dispatch teams to provide excellent service and keep billing and account information accurate.\n

\n Customer Service Specialist Job Duties\n
\n
    \n
  • Respond to customer and motor carrier phone and email inquiries.
    • \n
  • Assist with billing, invoices, AP/AR, and account discrepancies.
    • \n
  • Maintain accurate customer, payment, and carrier records.
    • \n
  • Partner with internal teams to resolve service and billing issues.
    • \n
  • Provide backup dispatch and administrative support.
    • \n

\n Customer Service Specialist Requirements\n
\n
    \n
  • Transportation, trucking, logistics, or freight industry experience.
    • \n
  • 2+ years of customer service experience.
    • \n
  • Billing, invoicing, AP/AR, or reconciliation experience preferred.
    • \n
  • Intermediate Excel and strong Outlook skills.
    • \n
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing deadlines.
    • \n
  • Trinium or Automatica experience is a plus.
    • \n
\n
\n Location: Tempe, AZ\n
Pay: $25.00/hour\n
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-11:00 PM\n
Position: Full-Time, On-Site/In office\n
