Maintenance Technician
Location: Parkersburg, WV & Marietta, OH Area
Pay: $20+/hr (Based on Experience & Skillset)
Mancan is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a growing property management team. This position is ideal for someone with strong hands-on maintenance experience who is dependable, skilled, and able to work independently.
Requirements:
Must have reliable transportation (required)
Certification OR 5+ years of experience in at least one of the following areas:
oElectrical
oPlumbing
oHVAC
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to perform general maintenance repairs and preventative maintenance
Must be dependable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision
POSSESS OWN TOOLS
Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on residential/commercial properties
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, and HVAC-related issues
Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure properties remain in excellent condition
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with team members and property management
