Electrical Foreman

We are currently looking for an experienced Bilingual Electrical Foreman (English/Spanish) to lead an electrical crew on an industrial/commercial project.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate clearly with both English- and Spanish-speaking workers, coordinate daily activities with project management, and ensure that all work is completed safely, correctly, and on schedule.

Required experience:

• Cable tray and basket tray installation

• Rigid conduit and EMT installation
\n
• Electrical terminations
\n
• Pulling and routing electrical wire
\n
• Reading and understanding blueprints and electrical drawings
\n
• Laying out work and assigning daily tasks
\n
• Supervising electricians and electrical mechanics
\n
• Tracking labor hours, materials, and daily progress
\n
• Preparing material lists for upcoming work
\n
• Following project safety requirements and quality standards
\n
• Communicating with superintendents and project management
\n

Candidates must have previous experience working as an Electrical Foreman or Lead Electrician. This is not an entry-level position. You must be able to lead a crew, solve problems in the field, maintain productivity, and verify that installations meet project specifications.
