Production Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time Shift: Mon-Thu 3:30pm-2am Expected hours: 40+ hours Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, coach, and develop Manufacturing Team Members while ensuring a safe, productive, and positive work environment. - Coordinate daily production schedules, staffing, and machine assignments to meet customer demand and production targets. - Monitor production performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity. - Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and all applicable safety and environmental regulations. - Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Maintenance, and Quality teams to support production goals and maintain material availability. - Participate in hiring, performance management, employee development, and other supervisory responsibilities. Requirements: - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. - Three (3) to five (5) years of manufacturing experience, with previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred. - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (6S, Kaizen), quality systems (ISO/QS/TS), and OSHA safety standards. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP or production reporting systems. - Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, wear required PPE, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
