Job Description
Job Overview: Pay Range $59.35hr - $77.03hr Requirement/Must Have: Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8 - 10 years of relevant experience or 12 - 14 years of relevant work experience. Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead team members effectively and positively in a collaborative team environment. Demonstrated ability to problem-solve in high pressure situations. Heavy industrial direct hire construction experience in a supervisory role commensurate with the type of work to be undertaken. Experience in oil, gas, refinery, petrochemical, minerals processing, or power generating station construction. Computer literate in word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications. Working knowledge of applicable industry codes and standards. Experience developing pneumatic and hydrotest packages in addition to verifying and witnessing acceptance of tests. Responsibilities: Supervises and/or directs craft activities as assigned. Schedules work to be performed and reviews work accomplished by each craft. Determines workforce requirements. Coordinates established area operational plans. Monitors tool and equipment usage on the site. Oversees the preparation of Field Material Requisitions for tools and consumables and ensures that the crafts have the tools they require to be productive. Ensures the most current design document is used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation. Ensures assigned construction operations and subcontractors' performance are in compliance with specifications and within schedules and budgets. Works with Construction Field Engineers, Foremen, and Craft Professionals, in interpreting Engineering design documents, vendor documents, and other technical documents. Oversees engineering solutions with Subcontractors, and Foremen and Craft Professionals. Nice to Have: Understanding of applicable work processes including Standard Work Process Procedures. Knowledge of Project Standard Applications (BSAPs) including Setroute, Unifier, Aconex, DSCS, PTR, Agile, Navisworks, and other automation tools which are used on projects.
