From supporting individual student needs to contributing to school-wide initiatives, you’ll be integral to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
• Possesses or is eligible for School Psychologist certification in Delaware
• Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
• Deep understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
• Strong consultation and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to support special education eligibility and intervention planning
• Deliver individual and group counseling services to students as needed
• Consult with educators and families to develop and monitor intervention plans and behavioral supports
• Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and student support teams
• Provide crisis intervention and support within the school community
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and recommendations
