Job Description

This full-time, full-year contract role provides the opportunity to work on-site, collaborating closely with educators, students, and families. From supporting individual student needs to contributing to school-wide initiatives, you’ll be integral to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology from an accredited program
- Possesses or is eligible for School Psychologist certification in Delaware
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting preferred
- Deep understanding of Response to Intervention (RTI), Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations
- Strong consultation and collaboration skills for working with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychoeducational assessments to support special education eligibility and intervention planning
- Deliver individual and group counseling services to students as needed
- Consult with educators and families to develop and monitor intervention plans and behavioral supports
- Participate in IEP meetings, eligibility conferences, and student support teams
- Provide crisis intervention and support within the school community
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services, evaluations, and recommendations
